Quality & Security:
The quality strategy of Shree Prasad Electricals ensure the customer specifications
and needs, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure completion of projects in time, excellent synchronisation
with other agencies and involvement of personnel during project planning and execution and to
continually improve our system efficiency so as to provide a cost-effective solution to the customer.
Our quality strategy has ensures the following.

Quality Checklist
:: We will make the mock-up and the sample of all works and get the approval from
the consultant.
:: We will maintain logbook for inventory and gate pass for our material.
:: We will get co-ordinate with the major supplier thoroughly much earlier on getting
the material to site as per delivery time. If any delay, we will inform to the client
and the project management a weekday before.
:: We will submit daily / weekly progress report as per approved format to the project
management.
:: We will carry out the work as per work order specification under IE Rule and we
shall not change or modify the work order specification.
:: We will minimize the nuisance of operation of material and No Loading & Unloading
material and vertical transportation of materials will be allowed during the office
working hours.
:: We are responsible for the necessary security arrangement for material and equipment
with client's co-ordination.
:: We shall use the items of Electrical & Associated
work will be of ISI Standards. Wherever these items notified Non-ISI Standards,
We will get approved from the Architect / Client.
:: Removing rubbish and cleaning the site premises during the construction time.
:: Telephone line / Water / Sanitary / Power shall be provided by the client and
those will be maintained by us.
:: The existing electrical installation and fitting etc removed by us and shall be
handed over to the client / owner
:: Major Civil Work (Related Electrical work) shall be carried out by other vendors
but minor Civil work Such as Making holes, Chasing Wall cutting will be done by
us
:: During the process of the work we will maintain the record of measurement of items
along with the Quality / Quantity Survivor
:: During construction we are supposed
to follow all the Safety and the Security rules.
:: Phase wire shall be Red Yellow Blue colored as per the phase wire distribution,
specified in the single line diagram. A Neutral wire shall be of Black colored and
earthing wire of green color.
:: The wiring installation shall be carried out in
conformity with IE Rules and IS 732.
:: All conductors looped at switch box only. No joint in ceiling.
:: Separate neutral and earthing for individual circuit.
:: All light points socket outlet will be earthen. Separate conduit shall be used
for each phase.
:: All inspection box and junction box will be installed in accessible position in
ceiling. It will be marked in the as build drawing.
:: Separate identification for
UPS Power socket outlet, Normal Power outlet and Emergency Light Switches.
:: All conduits shall be fixed by G.I. metal saddle and spacer
:: All Detail Fabrication and G.I. Drawing and Single Line drawing will be submit
for approval before construction of Distribution Boards.
:: All Distribution Board shall be earthen by two separate earth conductor
:: All Distribution Board incoming & outgoing feeders will be marked properly.
:: We will submit the HT & LT Cable Manufacturing Test Certificate.
:: The installation and the continuity test will conducted before and installation
and the same shall be recorded on test sheet in approved format and submitted to
you
:: Cable route will be marked at the site.
:: All Earth pits will be made as per IE Rule.
:: Dedicated Earth will be used for Computer and Communication Equipment. It will
not mingle with power / body earth
:: The Project will be carried out under our qualified supervision and respective
consultant will approve the same
:: Excess quantity or deviation item in work order will not be carried out till written
approval of the client
:: On completion of the project we will submit three copies of as build drawing along
with all Equipment Test Report, C.E.I.G Safety Certificate, Vendor List & Operation
Manual of El ectrical Item.
